Thank you for shopping with Mednami. We aim to provide quality healthcare and medical products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return, replacement, or refund.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact.
- Certain items such as medical consumables, hygiene products, or customized items may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Return / Replacement Procedure
- Email us at support@mednami.in with:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Clear images or videos of the product and packaging
- Once reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Returned products must be shipped back within the timeframe communicated by our support team.
3. Refund Process
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement based on your preference.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item received).
4. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In this case, you may proceed with a return after delivery, depending on eligibility.
